Raised in Plant City Fla. what was a small farm town in central Fla. Ron acquired his experience for hard work, and the true value of  a $Dollar$.  With a desire to see more than just farm life he joined the Navy to see the world.  After his first tour of duty Ron soon realized the true value of small town life and returned to Plant City as a City Policeman.  After three years in law enforcement Ron was called back into the military  (Air Force) as a law enforcement specialist.   That was the deciding factor to remain in the military as a career and eventually retire with 22 years of active service.  During  his service years Ron married a country girl and raised his family of two girls and two boys.  He was very active with the American Red Cross and became a instructor trainer for CPR,  Advanced First Aid, Swimming Instructor's, and Life Guards.

Ron was also a Scuba Diving Instructor Trainer with (IDEA) International Divers Education Assn. and (PADI) Professional Association of Divers Instruction After retiring Ron was not ready for the rocking chair and still wanted to see more of the USA.  So after driving a 18 wheeler over the road for four years he realized he wanted and needed the values of a small town community.  Ron now lives in Spring City, Tn. he is the vice commander of the local American Legion post 203 and is a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty.  Ron believes that education in real estate is the best way to help all his customers and clients.  He has designations in ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation),  GRI  (Graduate Realtor Institute),  E-Pro, Real Estate Broker license. and is currently enrolled in CRS Senior Real estate specialist.  These designations represent hundreds of hours in continued education to better serve his community.  If you are buying or selling property you owe it to yourself to contact Ron and get the job done right, with old fashion values, truth, honesty, and loyalty.
